Today, the Reut Institute’s socio-economic team uploaded a document summarizing the insights gathered so far regarding the challenge of leapfrogging. It includes the principles and considerations policy makers should have in mind when addressing strategies to instigate sustained growth in Israel.
It also highlights the differences between growth and leapfrogging, and the kind of leadership required to lead it. This document will be followed by a second policy paper whose intention is to incorporate these insights with other reports written abroad and in Israel (such as ‘the Growth Report‘, the WHO Report : ‘Closing the gap in a generation’, and the ‘Israel 2028: Vision and Strategy for Economy and Society in a Global World’.
