The Reut Institute holds two annual ‘organizational seminars’, in July and December, which are designed to grapple with the most pressing issues of our organizational development and are based on the contribution and participation of all team members.
Our mid-year ‘organizational seminar’ was held at the beginning of this month. During two full days, we discussed the goal of turning Reut into Israel’s leading agent of change and promoting relevant, effective and efficient policies on issues that are critical for the security and well being of Israel and the Jewish world.
The different discussions that were held under this concept included topics such as: our strategy for generating impact (including digital impact), our knowledge development methodology and the ways in which we measure success.
