The Jerusalem Post yesterday featured an article about the recent Reut and ITC’s (NYC UJA funded) policy paper on Israel’s local and national resilience. The conference ‘Community Resilience – the Strength of the Community Dealing with Long-Term Crises’ took place last week and dealt primarily with the issue of emergency preparedness for the Israeli Home Front as well as discussing several models for Resilience Centers.
