Since its establishment, the Reut Institute has mainly concentrated on its theory and methodology for identifying irrelevant working assumptions of policy makers. Recently, we decided that one of our core aims for 2009 should be to focus on our ability to help decision makers adapt their perceptions to the changing reality, what we call ‘impact’.
